Natural Bridge Caverns popular monthly Yoga Underground series has a special twist in February. The special Galentine’s Day (February 13th) session takes place in the evening, giving girlfriends an opportunity to gather for what has become a celebration nearly as revered as Valentine’s Day itself. The gentle, all-levels yoga class, led by Winzer Van Delden, is followed by a sound bath in the state’s deepest yoga studio, the Ballroom. Located 130 feet below ground, this ancient natural ballroom offers a unique space with resonance that is ideal for a sound bath.
